EBK perhefutis 3-5 vuotiaille tytöille ja pojille

EBK perhefutis on lapsen ja vanhemman yhteinen harrastus, jossa nautitaan liikunnasta monipuolisesti ja turvallisesti ilman suorituspaineita. Toiminta on yhteistä oppimista ja oivaltamista kiireettömässä ilmapiirissä. Lapselle toiminta tarjoaa aikuisen jakamattoman huomion. Vanhemmalle perhefutis on mahdollisuus rentoutua arjen kiireen keskellä yhteisen tekemisen parissa.

Toiminnan tavoitteena on nauttia ja iloita liikkumisesta leikinomaisesti yhdessä vanhemman kanssa.

Perhefutiksessa lapsi oppii motorisia perusliikuntataitoja ja toiminta tukee lapsen oman kehon hahmottamista sekä lapsen pallon- ja välineenhallintakykyä.

EBK perhefutis järjestetään EBK-Honka areenalla lauantaisin klo 10-11. Perhefutistoiminta on suunnattu 3-5 vuotiaille ja heidän vanhemmilleen. Huom. Jokaisella kerralla lapsen mukana on oltava aikuinen (vanhempi, isovanhempi, kummit, enot, tädit ym.)

Kevättalvella harjoitellaan 14.1-29.4, koulujen talvilomaviikon lauantaina 25.2 ei harjoitella. Harjoituskertoja kertyy kevään aikana yhteensä 15 kpl.

Perhefutiksen hinta on 150 € kevätkaudelta, voitte ilmoittautua myös erikseen talvilomaa edeltävälle ajalle 14.1-18.2 (6 harjoitusta, 70 €) ja loppukeväälle 4.3.-29.4 (9 harjoituskertaa, 100 €)

EBK family football is a joint hobby of a child and a parent, where they enjoy exercise in a variety of ways and safely without any pressure to perform. The activity is shared learning and insight in an unhurried atmosphere. For the child, the activity offers the adult undivided attention. For the parent, family football is an opportunity to relax in the middle of everyday hustle and bustle.

The aim of the activity is to enjoy and enjoy the movement in a playful way together with the parent.

In family football, the child learns basic motor skills and the activity supports the child's perception of their own body and the child's ability to control the ball and equipment.

EBK family football will be held at EBK-Honka arena on Saturdays from 10 am to 11 am. Family football activities are aimed at 3-5 year olds and their parents. Note. Each time the child must be accompanied by an adult (parent, grandparent, godparents, uncles, aunts, etc.)

Winter family football starts on Sat 14.1.2023 and the last training session is Sat 29.4.2023, there will be a break during the winter holiday week 25.2. During the spring, total of 15 training sessions are held. The price of the family football is €150 for the whole winter season, you can also register separately for 14.1-18.2 (6 practices, €70) and 4.3.-29.4 (9 practices, €100).
